I tried Cheesecake Factory, an upscale dining restaurant, based on my friend’s recommendation. When we arrived, there was an hour wait. It was crazy. The waiting area was crowded. People hung around for their turn to be paged. Anyways, I had shrimp scampi, chicken madeira, steak diane, mashed potatoes and a glass of peach smoothie.

Their Paris Bistro – style shrimp scampi is superb. It was sauteed with whole cloves of garlic, white wine, olive oil, fresh basin, parsley, and tomato. Chicken Madeira is one of their specialties and the most popular chicken dish in the restaurant. It’s a sauteed chicken breast topped with asparagus and melted mozzarella cheese, covered with fresh mushroom madeira sauce. Steak diane, on the other hand, is a beef steak covered with black peppercorns and a rich mushroom wine sauce.
The foods are a bit pricey but wickedly good! Cheesecake Factory has a huge menu selection, big portions of foods, and offers good service.
